CTS Admissions - Enrollment Management Service
CTS will post clear instructions and list all required documents and information needed to complete the enrollment process.
CTS will collect and post all admissions and enrollment fees.
CTS will follow up on incomplete applications.
Data from the enrollment application will automatically be fed into Tuition Assistance/aid and Tuition Management sections.
Applicants can apply online (preferred) or by fax or mail directly to CTS
The school can furnish CTS with the data electronically and CTS will import the data into the system to set up a student's account.
School and applicants can download required forms & documents
Required documents can be completed and submitted to CTS online or by fax or mail.
Fees can be paid online (preferred method), or by mail
All forms and payments should be submitted directly to CTS
CTS will manage all admissions fees, credits, assistance aid and payments.
CTS will collect all funds, posts entry and remits funds to the school as soon as they clear.
The school and the family can view the history and current status of an applicant's account 24/7.
The school may review submitted applications and supporting documentation and accept or decline applicants.
The school may upload a pdf of one of their documents. CTS will pre-fill the document with the applicant information we have.
The applicants and/or the school can submit completed documents to CTS by mail, fax or upload.
